Refund policy

We hope you love your new work! Every print and sculpture is signed, and also comes with a Certificate of Authentication that should be kept with the artwork. Each artwork is handled with the utmost care, and with as much clarity & transparency as possible. Please read below to see how we can help you.

RETURN POLICY

All sales of original artwork are final. Reproduction prints may be exchanged but are subject to a restocking fee of 20% of the print cost. In the case of an exchange, the restocking fee for the original print will still apply.

We are unable to accept returns on framed Images once the frame has been ordered, except in the case of damage. If your box or image arrives damaged, please keep the box and take a photograph of both the box and the damaged artwork and email it to us at studio@marymattingly.com. We will work with the shipping company to address the issue and provide a replacement print at no additional cost to you.

HOW LONG DO I HAVE TO RETURN OR EXCHANGE A PRINT?

Kindly inspect your prints upon delivery and inform us within 7 days if you wish to return or exchange them. Please keep in mind that a restocking fee applies.
